Résidence Château Royal offers studios, two-room apartments, and a three-room apartment. Studios feature a bathroom, a large double bed or two single beds, a TV with DVD, individual heating, and free Wi-Fi. Guests can request a single bed or a cot. Some studios offer views of the Gran Paradiso massif and the rooftops of Cogne from the third floor. Other studios overlook the Gimillan Mountains and the Grand Evya River. Two apartments have independent entrances and a small garden. The two-room superior apartments accommodate up to 6 people. One superior two-room apartment on the top floor has views of the Gran Paradiso and Mont Blanc mountains. Two other upper rooms (on the top floor and mezzanine) provide views of the Gimillan mountains and the Torrent Grand Evya. The three-room superior flat accommodates up to 7 people and features a living room with a mezzanine (with a single bed), a sofa, a large well-equipped kitchen (4 electric cooker hot plates, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes), and a large table. There are two large bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed (or three beds), one bright and spacious and the other very large but without windows. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a large shower. Amenities include two TVs, individual heating, and free Wi-Fi.

Résidence Château Royal is in Docteur Grappein street, in the town-centre of Cogne, near the church. Turin is 100 km away. The nearest train and bus station is in Aosta, 28 km from Cogne, a starting point for coaches to Cogne. It is near the Gran Paradiso National Park, Paradisia Botanical Garden, Lillaz Waterfalls, and Aël Bridge. The building dates back to the 13th century, and its original tower dates back to the eleventh century. It is a listed national monument because of its historical importance.
