Résidence Château Royal, dating back to the 13th century, provides studios, two-room, and three-room apartments. Studios feature a bathroom, a double bed or two single beds, a TV with DVD, individual heating, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Some studios overlooking the Gimillan Mountains and the Grand Evya River include a shower and space for an extra single bed or cot; two have independent entrances and small gardens. The studio on the third floor overlooks the Gran Paradiso and Cogne rooftops, offering views of the Gran Paradiso massif, a bathroom, and space for a cot. Two-room apartments consist of a double bedroom, a living area with a double sofa bed, and a kitchen. Superior two-room apartments accommodate up to six people with a bedroom, bathroom, living room, well-equipped kitchen, and double sofa bed; the bedroom contains a double bed or two single beds and two bunk beds. Select superior two-room apartments on upper floors offer views of the Gran Paradiso, Mont Blanc, or Gimillan mountains and Grand Evya River. Three-room apartments accommodate up to seven guests and include a living room with a mezzanine, sofa, kitchen, and dining table. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed (or three beds), and two bathrooms. Apartments also have two TVs, individual heating, and free Wi-Fi. All apartments include bed linen, bath towels, a midweek change of towels, electricity, heating, and final cleaning (kitchen area to be cleaned by the guest, or a €50 extra charge applies).
